The next Boston Joomla Users Group meeting is scheduled for February, 14th, 2008. This is Valentines Day and I wanted to find out whether people had a preference about holding the meeting that day. If there is a significant number of folks who would prefer holding the meeting the following Thursday, Feb. 21st., I can check with the Tech Foundation to see if we can move the meeting to that date. Please let me know by sending me an email. I will wait until next week to get input and send another announcement once a decision has been made.
Since Joomla 1.5 has been released, I thought we might spend some time talking about what's new and taking a quick "first look" tour. We can also discuss the migration tools and strategy for moving from 1.0.x to 1.5.
